2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA (delivery via the provider's EU region). On every request, technical server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested URL) are processed for operations and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel. Transfers to the USA are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

3. Encryption

For security, the website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser and "https://" in the address bar.

4. Fonts

This website uses self-hosted fonts (Cabinet Grotesk, Fraunces, Hanken Grotesk) served exclusively from our own server. No third-party fonts (e.g. Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts) are loaded and no connection to third-party servers is established. No font data is transmitted to third parties.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website sets no cookies. We do not use analytics or marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or similar). A consent or cookie banner is therefore not required.

6. Contact (email & contact form)

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, your data (name, email, phone if provided, subject, message content) are stored to process your request and any follow-up communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The contact form is delivered via our hosting platform Vercel (see clause 2); the request is delivered to our business address via the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Resend; transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data are not shared with third parties and are deleted after the request is closed unless retention obligations apply.

7. Appointment booking

Contact for appointments runs through email and our contact form (see clause 6). No external booking services (e.g. Calendly) are embedded that would process data before a click.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Granted consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time. Please use the contact data under clause 1.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria: Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna (www.dsb.gv.at). In Germany: with the supervisory authority of your federal state.
