Are your websites really mobile-first?
Yes. The majority of your first-time visitors come from the phone — accordingly, we design for mobile first, then scale up. No retroactive ‘making it mobile-friendly’.
What is the difference between one-time payment and subscription?
One-time: pay setup once. With Starter, maintenance is optional; with Community and Premium a small maintenance fee is included. Subscription: monthly, all-in — setup, maintenance, updates, hosting. Both deliver the same end product.
What is included in the monthly subscription?
Full website creation, technical maintenance, security updates, hosting, plus minor content changes at no extra cost. No hidden fees.
What happens after the 12-month minimum?
The subscription becomes month-to-month. You can also switch to one-time payment any time and take over the website fully.
Can I switch from subscription to one-time payment?
Yes. Already paid monthly fees are pro-rated against the one-time amount.
How fast can it happen?
From first call to launch typically 4–6 weeks, depending on scope and your team's response speed.
Do we have to maintain the website ourselves?
No. With subscription and the maintenance add-on we take over all technical updates. You can edit content yourself or delegate it to us.
Is the website GDPR-compliant — also for online donations?
Yes. We use only GDPR-compliant tools, self-host our fonts, avoid tracking, and integrate donations via providers with proper donation receipts.
Can we edit content ourselves later?
Yes — a simple visual editor is included in the Community and Premium packages. Team training is part of the Premium package.
What happens after launch?
We stay involved — through the subscription, the maintenance add-on, or hourly as needed. You are never alone with your website.
